Producer | Performer | Promoter of the Arts

Cultivating creative spaces and producing cultural events since 2008

Missi Davis is a producer and arts advocate who creates, coordinates and champions cultural events and initiatives. With a focus on cohesive production design, branding and strategic partnerships, Missi works to promote arts engagement and strengthen the intersection of the arts, social impact and civic environments.

A founding member of the Chicago multi-disciplinary arts organization The Inconvenience, serving as both Artistic and Executive Director, Missi has developed, produced and promoted a diverse range of events in size and content variety. Her work spans the cultural and commercial landscape, supporting the development of The Fly Honey Show into a Chicago institution, and working with artists to create unique environments with lasting impact for corporate clients like The Alinea Group, American Express and Pabst Brewing Company.

Missi understands that the arts and corporate events fields do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are supported by their interconnection with the community they seek to impact. By engaging authentically from conceptualization to completion, Missi provides customized support that promotes accessibility and visibility for both the artist and the audience.
